Cholesterol Test

By examining key indicators such as cholesterol levels, this comprehensive test offers critical insights into your heart health, empowering you to take proactive steps towards prevention and longevity.

Elevated cholesterol levels can pose a significant risk to your cardiovascular wellbeing, potentially leading to arterial blockages and increasing the likelihood of heart disease, heart attacks, or strokes. By identifying these risk factors early on, our test allows you to make informed decisions about your diet and lifestyle to enhance your chances of living a long and healthy life.

Test Specifics

Analysis of 4 essential biomarkers:
Cholesterol, Total Triglycerides, HDL (High-Density Lipoprotein) , LDL
(Low-Density Lipoprotein) , HDL % of Total Cholesterol

Process

This test only requires a quick finger-prick blood sample, which you can collect at home in comfort. Take your blood sample, register for the test, and then send it back to our lab using the Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked envelope that is provided in the box.

Results

You will receive a comprehensive report by email that includes the results of all your important biomarkers and illustrates how they compare to typical reference ranges. Our internal general practitioners (GPs) analyse all of our test results and flag anything that may require
additional testing or follow-up care with a physician. **

*Samples will be processed on the day they arrive in our laboratory, so the time it takes to get your results back to you is dependent on Royal Mail.

** It is important to note that blood tests alone are not a substitute for seeing a doctor, particularly if you have any symptoms. You should not make a diagnosis or start any treatment without a consultation with a doctor or suitably trained healthcare professional.
